Settings → Help opens a ticket that reaches the same people, and keeps the conversation attached to your account.
Reporting something
Every post, comment, message and profile has a Report action in its “…” menu. Reports go to a staffed queue and a person reads them. You can also block anyone from their profile.
About the safety features
Check-ins and the alert button tell the trusted contacts you chose. They do not contact emergency services, and nobody at Xplorians is monitoring them. If you are in danger, call the local emergency number where you are.
